Located at 142 Tranquille Road in Kamloops, Pathways is a 44-bed, 24/7 shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness. It provides safe, immediate shelter alongside essential services that support participants in moving toward stability and long-term housing.

Health supports are also available through internal TiOAT (Tablet Injectable Opioid Agonist Therapy) nurses, external health providers, and partner agencies. Staff are on-site at all times to ensure a safe environment and provide personalized support based on individual needs.
