Pathways

Located at 142 Tranquille Road in Kamloops, Pathways is a 44-bed, 24/7 shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness. It provides safe, immediate shelter alongside essential services that support participants in moving toward stability and long-term housing.

At Pathways, participants have access to:

  • Basic needs: daily meals, washroom, shower, and laundry facilities, and secure storage for personal belongings.
  • Supportive services: cultural programming, goal planning, life skills training, and connections to housing and community resources.

Health supports are also available through internal TiOAT (Tablet Injectable Opioid Agonist Therapy) nurses, external health providers, and partner agencies. Staff are on-site at all times to ensure a safe environment and provide personalized support based on individual needs.

Pathways is funded through BC Housing’s Homeless Encampment Action Response Temporary Housing (HEARTH) program, which provides immediate housing solutions for people experiencing homelessness. For more information or to access services, please contact k.bradley@askwellness.ca
