Maverick Manor, operated by the ASK Wellness Society, offers transitional housing tailored for individuals who have achieved a certain level of stability in their lives but still require some support as they prepare to transition towards independent living. Our program provides client-centered support focusing on problem-solving, safety, harm reduction, health navigation, and essential life skills, with staff available during regular business hours to assist residents.

At Maverick Manor, we offer more than just housing; we provide the Maverick Supportive Recovery and Career Development Program—a three-phase recovery initiative. In collaboration with the Interior Health Authority and registered through the Ministry of Health’s Assisted Living Registry, this program offers individualized supports such as substance use treatment, relapse prevention planning, life skills support, addictions counseling, peer coaching, and career development opportunities.

The program's three-pronged approach guides individuals through early recovery, stabilization, and eventual transition into the Adult Addiction Supportive Housing (AASH) Program. Furthermore, participants receive support for successful integration into work experience and eventual transition into independent living.
