Number Of Units: 39
Food Services: Two dinners and one breakfast are provided per week.
Staffing: Two tenant support workers (TSWs) are on site per shift, supported by a program coordinator. The site is staffed 24/7.
Health Component: In-reach health services provided by Interior Health teams and other community health-care providers, as well as daily medication deliveries from local pharmacies.
Supports: Case management, practical life-skills support (including assistance with forms, technology, resumes, and other day-to-day needs), connections and referrals to community resources and services, laundry facilities, harm reduction, food security, crisis support, and a common room for social and recreational use.

Fairhaven offers 39 units located on Skaha Lake Road, providing crucial support and housing for individuals facing homelessness, mental health struggles, and/or substance use challenges. The program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident, offering a supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives and work towards stability.
At Fairhaven, we understand the complex challenges individuals may face, and our dedicated staff are committed to providing compassionate support and assistance. Our goal is to empower residents to overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and regain independence.
