Description

Situated on Seymour Street, the Crossroads Inn offers 50 units of supportive housing managed by the ASK Wellness Society. More than just a housing facility, the Crossroads Inn serves as a vital downtown harm reduction site, providing access to essential materials and support through the ASK Wellness Society's BBI Health Navigation worker.

Our Supportive Housing facilities cater to the most vulnerable members of our community, offering them a secure and affordable place to call home. By providing stable housing, we contribute to reducing the strain on community services that often address issues faced by individuals experiencing homelessness.

With staff available 24/7, residents receive personalized support focused on problem-solving, safety, harm reduction, health navigation, and essential life skills. We prioritize individual well-being through tailored wellness planning, ensuring residents' health, welfare, and safety remain paramount.

Eligibility for our Supportive Housing programs in Kamloops involves participation in the Vulnerability Assessment Tool (VAT) to determine the most suitable housing option. For inquiries or to schedule a VAT assessment, please contact our main office at 250-376-7558 EXT 0.

Our Supportive Housing initiatives are made possible through funding provided by BC Housing, enabling us to continue our mission of supporting and uplifting individuals in need within our community.
