The Community Drug Checking Service, in partnership with Interior Health Authority and the BC Centre for Substance Use, allows free testing of substance samples that is both fast and anonymous.

Nicola Valley Enhanced Supportive Recovery (NVESR) program, operated by ASK Wellness Society and funded by CMHA BC, is an early recovery program in Merritt, BC. NVESR offers 5 program beds within the Juniper House building, located at 2270 Quilchena Ave.

Health outreach is a critical aspect of the continuum of services operated by ASK Wellness Society. This mobile health service allows accessible support to people who face barriers to primary health care in Kamloops and throughout the Interior of British Columbia.

The Maverick Supportive Recovery and Career Development Program is a three-phase recovery program. The recovery program is operated by the ASK Wellness Society, in conjunction with the Interior Health Authority and registered through the Ministry of Health’s Assisted Living Registry.

TiOAT is a program for people living with opioid use disorders who have not had success with traditional treatment options like Methadone, Suboxone, or Kadian.

Through a contract with Community Living BC (CLBC), a provincial crown agency, we assist by delivering supports and services to adults with developmental disabilities, who may also be struggling with mental illness.

In partnership with Interior Health Authority, we provide supports and housing to individuals who are struggling with mental health issues and wish for further assistance to become contributing community members. Through 24-hour supports, wellness planning and group meetings, many participants have successfully graduated from the AASH program.

At ASK Wellness Society, we have a team of qualified staff to help participants improve their health. Whether it be to help manage medications, to assist in finding a doctor, or to transport individuals out of town for specialist appointments, the team is able to help and provide hope.
