ASK Wellness' Sexual Health Hotline

ASK Wellness’ Sexual Health Hotline has been implemented to help all people connect with health-related resources in their community. We provide confidential information and general health assistance around STI testing and treatment, HIV, Hepatitis C, and harm reduction. We also provide support for 2sLGBTQ+ people including help with finding resources for medical or social outlets, providing emotional support, and sexual health education. Anyone is welcome to call to access these resources anonymously. The hotline is available to take calls Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, excluding statutory holidays.

ASK Needle Clean Up Hotline

The Needle Clean-Up Hotline takes reports from the public and coordinates the clean-up of dumped needles and syringes in public places anywhere in Kamloops.

The hotline is staffed Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm with a voicemail option at other times.

If you are in need of assistance outside of these hours you can also call the City of Kamloops Corporate Services and Community Safety department at 250-828-3405
